An interesting fund raiser that a company could do is to have each department (Finance, IT, Customer Service, etc.) come up with a basket or specialized service.  They would either donate a service, or donate money to fill a basket. They could sell raffle tickets and the winner gets the prize.  The raffle tickets can be sold to co-workers, vendors, customers, friends or family.

Each week a different department would be in charge of selling their raffle tickets for their basket/service, with the money being donated to a designated charity, or if the holidays to a family in need.
