Design a flyer telling why you are raising money.

Ask that people look into their old jewelry and donate an old item or two (or more) for your cause.

Collect the gold personally or have local business owners offer to place a collection jar at their location….consider a business that is visited often, such as a grocery or gas store.

Make sure you get the word out as much as possible.

Find a reputable jeweler and ask if they would be willing to buy your gold or if not, if they can recommend a place that does and that is fair and honest.
