A very easy fundraising idea is to offer babysitting services to local parents. This is a great idea for a church youth group where the teens are likely to know the younger children. Distribute fliers advertising your service. You can offer traditional babysitting where parents leave the kids with the sitter or you can also spin it as a way for moms to get something done while their children are occupied during the day! Be creative! All moms are busy, and calling a sitter can be one more task that gets put off…coming to them is one less thing for them to do. Trust me…they will appreciate it!
