Have a hoops contest to raise money for a cause. Have the team choose a charity to support, then organize a free throw contest. Have each team member ask for depending on how many baskets they make in an allotted time. For instance, in 1 minute period, a person can sponsor a dollar a basket. Make sure that the team makes it clear that they are for a cause.
